This info is used to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. We may send marketing emails if you opt-in (unsubscribe anytime). We share data only with trusted partners: Stripe or PayPal for payments (see their links below), Evri or Royal Mail for fulfillment; Brevo, Gmail and Ionos for emails; and Google Analytics for site insights. When you message us on Instagram or Facebook, those platforms may collect your data according to their own privacy policies. International customers: we may transfer your data across borders to process your order. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information - contact us at [email protected]. We keep order records for 10 years for legal and tax purposes.

Shop Terms

We only knowingly sell to buyers aged 18 or over. By purchasing from us, you are confirming that you are 18 or over.

Book covers may look slightly different than what you see on the screen. We use three different printers, so your book(s) may come from different warehouses and may arrive separately. We do our best to package our books well, and we also reuse packaging sometimes where appropriate (like bubble wrap) in order to do our bit to help the environment.

Payment

There are three ways to pay:

PayPal - If you checkout with PayPal, your transaction will appear as 'Bitten Fruit Books' or 'BFBooks' on your statement.
Stripe - If you checkout with Stripe, your transaction will appear as 'Dianna Hardy Art' or 'Dianna-Art' on your statement. Dianna will contribute 0.5% of your purchase to remove/offset CO₂ from the atmosphere when you pay using Stripe.
Bank Transfer - This is a popular option for those who collect their orders locally or for those who do not wish to use a payment processor, or do not like the above options. In this case, submit your order using the Contact form and we will send you an invoice with bank transfer details.

Coupons and Discount Codes

Any discount codes offered for use at checkout cannot be used with any other offer, and exclude shipping/postage costs.

Delivery

Most books are printed on demand at the time you place your order and are sent from one of three of our distributors / printers. Deliveries are tracked and sent by a courier service, or by Royal Mail. If in the UK, please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery. If outside the UK, delivery can take anything from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on your country. In all cases, we allow for 28 days for your order to arrive before processing any refunds.

Click and Collect

Collection is free from PO9, UK. Our hours for collection are Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm. In all cases, you must pre-book a collection time with us as we do not have the staff to cater for unnannounced visitors. We will send you an email after your order has been placed to arrange collection.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days as long as all items are in their original, unused condition. Please contact us straight away on receipt using the contact form on our site, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Signed books cannot be returned.

None of the above affect your statutory rights. When you make a purchase from this website, you are agreeing to the Terms laid out above. They may be changed at any time without notice - please refer back to this page to view any updates.
